Description

Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming healthcare—enhancing clinical decision-making, streamlining documentation, and creating new opportunities to improve patient care. As AI becomes increasingly integrated into electronic health records, connected devices, and clinical workflows, it also introduces a new generation of cybersecurity, privacy, and liability risks. This presentation examines the evolving cyber threat landscape surrounding healthcare AI, including vulnerabilities involving sensitive patient data, third-party technologies, generative and agentic AI systems, and increasingly sophisticated cyberattacks. Attendees will explore practical strategies for mitigating these risks while maintaining the benefits of innovation.
