This webinar discussed recent trends in both acute and skilled care staffing and how staffing shortages or variability can impact patient outcomes, including falls and other adverse events. Strategies to endure staffing challenges and sustain efforts to prevent falls were reviewed, incorporating the role of implicit bias in falls prevention. Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider number 12205 for 1 contact hours.
