Description
Today’s workplace is home to four generations: Boomers (born 1946-1964), Generation X (1965-1979), Millennials (1980-1994), and Generation Z (1995-2012), all with their unique perspectives and psychological profiles. Key generational differences include trends in independence, social interaction, self-confidence, risk-taking, and attitudes toward work. We’ll explore how these differences impact the future of work, including advice on recruiting, retaining, and managing younger generations.
