Now, more than ever, patients are providing their prospective in real time during the height of their reactionary emotions. Healthcare risk professionals face many challenges regarding the identification, management, and mitigation of these risky situations on social media. This educational session provides tools to formulate responses in compliance with regulatory bodies, discusses methods for conducting a social media risk assessment, identifies successful mitigation strategies that maintain privacy and organizational security, and introduces social media policy elements based on best practices. Learning Objectives
At the end of the webinar, the participant should be able to:
